Information System

It is indispensable to utilize information network in the current marketing activities. TAIYO established "TAIYO-NET" as information system to control the stock and ordering works. and put this system in order to give our full support to our customers in anywhere Japan. TAIYO shall continue to fulfill such information function to discriminate from others.

Marketing promotion

TAIYO have established 8 bases (7 domestic sales bases and 1 international base) and 9 overseas bases, to cover almost the whole world market, that is, Asia, North America, Middle and South America, Europe and Middle East from our base in Japan. We also build up and organize "TAIYO-KAI" marketing network with our distributors in each country, and develop the detailed sales promotion to match each market characteristics. Domestic Department have kept lots of sales rights of Japanese parts manufacturers and supply their products to parts and accessories centers and shops all over Japan. We also visit overseas suppliers to develop some products to match in the Japanese market.

Logistics

It is the very important mission for trading company to control the flow of goods optimized. Based on our own warehouse which accelerate rationalization of parts flow, TAIYO established the integrated control system of logistic information and the quick supply system. In order to contribute to lower the total cost and to strengthen the marketing power and to solve the management issues on our customers, we make full use of the data-base which is analyzed and modified the accumulated logistic information, then to show the planning and suggestions directly connected to marketing strategy.

Production & Development

Strengthen local production and supply system in ASEAN. TAIYO have long experience of local production business in Thailand and Philippines, and established international flow as the proper place of production and supply. This is the Joint-Venture Business with our intention to develop our own products matched to the characteristics of each market, which shows our stance of growing together with such countries.
